Student Pass Application
Step 1:
SOMA admissions team generates an application number in SOLAR+ and provides it to students.
Step 2:
Student submit required documents and application form to ICA directly.
Step 3:
ICA informs student and SOMA on the application outcome.
Authorised Agents
Agents authorized by SOMA are capable of furnishing you with details regarding courses, admission criteria, campus amenities, Singaporean lifestyle, and visa prerequisites. Furthermore, they are adept at aiding you in the application process for SOMA.
Inactive Agents will be listed for at least 12 months after the Effective Non-representation Date.
Agent Code of Conduct
- Must not violate any expectations outlined in the contract;
- Must refrain from participating in any unethical behaviors, such as making false, misleading, or fraudulent claims, warranties, representations, or statements;
- Must adhere to relevant Singapore laws and regulations enforced by government agencies, avoiding any actions that contravene these laws and regulations;
- Must adhere to principles of fair trading when recruiting students and avoid engaging in high-pressure sales tactics, deceptive advertising, or similar unfair practices;
- Must demonstrate diligence, care, and competence to uphold the integrity of the School and Singapore’s reputation;
- Must follow the School’s procedures to address any uncertainties;
- Must refrain from engaging in any conduct that would tarnish the reputation of the School.
Agent Restrictions
- May not replicate any School publications or utilize the School logo.
- May not enter into agreements on behalf of the School, nor admit any students to School courses without prior consent. All students must apply using the School’s standard application forms and undergo the typical course selection process.
- Strictly Prohibited from collecting any funds.
- Prohibited from disclosing any information about our business, whether acquired before or during the term of this Agreement, both during and after its termination, to any third party while acting as our educational consultant.
