Hailing from South Korea, Jamie’s career began as a resident arranger for the Daegu Philharmonic Orchestra at the tender age of 20. After completing her masters in classical music composition, her debut in the K-Pop music industry came through Singer’s KAHI’s ‘One Love’. She then embarked on her contemporary music education at the prestigious Berklee College of Music before moving to Singapore to begin a career as a music composer.
She has since scored for countless ads, short films and feature films and is a featured composer for Universal Production Music. Despite all these, education remains one of Jamie’s greatest passion, taking time off her busy schedule to provide nurturing and adaptive teaching techniques to cater for individual student’s needs.
